The Paper Quilt Project

I received an invitation from Dawn few days ago. It is a lovely project called The Paper Quilt Project.

The Paper Quilt Project was a year long project that allowed artists from 32 different countries to come together and share their lives, their culture and their art with one another. Each artist was invited to participate because of their individual artistic style and strong desire to help make a difference.

Every month 12 new artists were given a packet of scrap paper, a tiny 3 1/2” x 5” bristol canvas and plenty of room to interpret the project’s theme, “A Day in my Life.” At the end of every month, the collages were to be sewn together to create 12 amazing and unique individual paper quilts.

Due to there were several missing links that prevented the sewing of each collage, so they need more replacement artists to participant this project. So please submit your details to paperquiltproject@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Name
2. Location
3. Website
4. Short Bio/Artist Statement
5. Sample of Work
